Payment Policy
We want you to love your YOUXIZT purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return process. Please review this policy carefully before initiating a return.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item(s) must be in new, unworn, and unused condition, with all original tags attached.
The item(s) must be in the original packaging, where applicable.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date, as confirmed by the carrier tracking information.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Any item marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page or in your order confirmation.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Items that do not have the original tags attached.
Intimate apparel, swimwear, and bodysuits (for hygiene reasons, unless defective).
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Log in to your YOUXIZT account and visit the "Order History" section.
Select the item(s) you wish to return and state your reason for return.
Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label via email.
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible, and include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Drop off the package at the designated carrier location indicated on your return label.
If you checked out as a guest, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@youxizt.com with your order number to initiate a return.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Standard Returns: For returns due to change of mind or incorrect size, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. This cost will be deducted from your refund.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please contact our team immediately upon discovery.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email notification.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item sent).
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process to receive a refund, and then place a new order on our website for the desired item. This ensures you secure the correct item in a timely manner.
7. Store Credit
You may opt to receive your refund as YOUXIZT store credit. Store credit does not expire and will be issued to your account email immediately upon return approval.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@youxizt.com. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and any packaging. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and process a full refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
9. Return Discrepancies
If the returned item does not meet our eligibility criteria (e.g., worn, without tags), we reserve the right to refuse the return and ship the item back to you at your expense, or issue a partial refund reflecting the item's diminished value.
10. International Returns
We currently only accept returns from shipping addresses within the United States. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or shipping costs associated with returning items, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
11. Final Sale Items
All purchases of items marked "Final Sale" are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the case of manufacturer defects.
