We want you to love your VERGITR purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.

It must be returned in the original packaging.

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Any items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

Accessories (if any are added in the future).

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at info@vergitr.com within the 30-day return window.

Provide your order number and the items you wish to return.

We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on where to send your package.

Please note: Returns sent without a prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. VERGITR is not liable for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to appear on your account after it is issued. This time can vary depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please note that the original cost of shipping is non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get an item you want is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the correct item on our website.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We apologize if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Please contact us at info@vergitr.com within 7 days of receipt, and include your order number and photos of the product and/or its issue. We will gladly cover the return shipping costs and will promptly send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

8. Final Sale Items

Any items purchased at a final sale price are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
